1 Order
1.1 How can I order products?

Put product/s in your shopping bag, and then go to checkout. Fill in all details, choose your payment method and confirm your purchase.

1.2 Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, which hasn’t been shipped yet, please use the contact form on the right to let us know.

2 Delivery
2.1 How long does a delivery take?

The delivery time is specified at the respective product/s. The time mentioned is valid for Austria. Accordingly deliveries abroad will take more time. If you have ordered more products, the products with the longest specified delivery time define the delivery time.

2.2 How much does the shipping cost?

This depends on the destination country. Here you can find an overview of delivery costs

2.3 How about customs duties?

If you live outside the European Union, you might have to pay customs duties to receive your package. This depends on the customs regulations in your country. Alpine Art doesn’t have any influence on this and can’t give you this information. Please get in touch with your local customs authority for more precise information.

2.4 Why don’t you deliver to my country?

We have a contract with the Austrian Post for all the countries you can see in the form when you choose your delivery address. If you live in another country please contact us through the contact form on your right and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

2.5 My package arrived damaged? What do I have to do now?

If products get delivered with obvious transport damage, please claim this immediately at the transporting company and get in touch with us as soon as possible through the contact form on your right.

3 Products
3.1 Are these products original pieces?

Only if mentioned, you can find the one or other original as well as limited prints in our assortment. You can find this information in the product details of each artwork.

3.2 How do you produce your artwork?

We have artwork with various production techniques in our selection. Find out more in the product details of each artwork, mostly it’s a digital print, screen print or riso print.

3.3 Does the artwork look exactly like on the web shop?

It can be that the products in the web shop are displayed slightly different due to various devices and monitors. Due to various production techniques certain deviations are possible. Small color deviations are therefore normal.

3.4 How to proceed if my artwork contains defects?

For complaints on the basis of legal warranty claims or other complaints please use the contact form.

4 Withdrawal
4.1 Can I withdraw from my purchase?

Yes, you can withdraw according to legal regulations. You can find more information in our disclaimer

5 General
5.1 I am an artist/photographer. Can I join Alpine Art?

This is quite possible. We are planning to expand the portfolio of artists and photographers in the future. If you think your work fits to Alpine Art and our approach, please get in touch with us through the contact form.
